Today I had two posts on writing and a lot of fun with SEO.
The first post of note was at the Inkwell, 6 Secrets Every Writer Shares. What’s funny is that it was originally 7, but then I thought I should probably keep at least one of them to myself. : > )
The second post was a guest post for Sherice Jacob at ielectrify. It was about finding your writer’s voice. You know, the one that’s inside us all. I liked the post a lot. Wrote it and sent it off yesterday. Unfortunately it garnered exactly zero comments, but that’s okay. I’ll check back in tomorrow. Writing guest posts isn’t about the comments anyway. It’s about the goodwill of helping a fellow blogger and spreading your name steadily across the Web.
Things are outstanding on the SEO front. My babies are all cooing. First, Ghostwriter Dad is now on page 5, top spot, ready to climb to the bottom of page four. I expect it there for sure by the next post, though I may not wait until next week and might actually add a few services pages as soon as I get a chance.
Potty Training Power is now on page one for both pottytraining help and potty training help. Pottytraining help has the top spot, but potty training help is only a few paces behind with the fifth spot on the front page. We’ll be kissing numero in no time. Then it’s off to the next keywords.
