Read This If You Like to Have Your Jaw on the Floor, October 25, 2011 By chelle18The endings of each episode (there are six in the book) will leave your jaw on the floor and the ending of the entire book will leave you slamming your fist on the table because you’ll have to wait for the next season, just like on TV.

I can’t stop reading, October 13, 2012 By Miss Kitty “Timid Observer” (The lone star state)The laundry is piling up, the litterbox is overflowing and those little people who look like me have been clamoring for food. WHY CAN’T EVERYONE JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!
Yesterdays Gone is such a great read. But I have to say I’m glad I am not trying to read it an episode at a time. That would have made me crazy.

Yesterday’s Gone, yeah maybe But boy are we lookin forward to Tomorrow!!, October 8, 2012 By BrandeylouFirst sentence had me hooked, couldn’t put it down. I’ve stayed up till all hours of the night going cross-eyed so I wouldnt have to put it down. If you like post-apocolyptic type books this is the holy grail of them all. Amazing wonderful work and fantastic writing that keeps you coming back for more. I would even venture to say this could be a #1 hit series on TV, (could blow Revolution out of the water and into its grave). Please give this series a chance and then spread the word. AMAZING!!!

Loved It!!!, August 28, 2012 By Rose B. (Ithaca, NY)This is the first serial series I’ve read and it was hard to put it down. I’ve lost a lot of sleep over it but it was worth it! I can’t wait for the next season. Right now I’ve started the “Yesterday’s Gone” series and and find I’m having the same problem getting to sleep at night, I keep needing to know more. Big thumbs up to the authors. I look forward to reading everything you have to offer!!!!!!

Outstanding Thriller!, April 23, 2012 By JoeI’ve been a fan of this author’s Yesterday’s Gone series, so I was absolutely thrilled to learn that they were coming out with a new series.
And if you love this book and haven’t checked out Yesterday’s Gone yet, pick that one up as well! It’s the first series from these authors that I got addicted to, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Great read!, November 8, 2012 By carfeen1After reading the Yesterday’s Gone Series and loving it, I purchased the White Space series. I was hooked from the get-go. The characters are believeable and likeable. The plot is addictive! I really wish this wasn’t a series! I hate getting to the end and having to wait for another. I guess that’s a compliment to the authors:)

You will NOT be disappointed!!, July 5, 2012 By Annabelle Randall (Layton, UT United States)After having devoured their other book, “Yesterdays Gone – Seasons 1&2″, I went looking for other books by these authors. I was NOT disappointed. This book was every bit as entertaining as the other series. I can’t get enough of their stories. The depth of the characters and their interactions with one another, the suspense/storyline…keeps you begging for more! If you like Stephen King or Dean Koontz…these are every bit as good…which surprised me, since I stumbled upon these guys, when one of their episodes was on the FREE list, that I frequent. What a TREAT!!

Better than Yesterday’s Gone, July 3, 2012 By Jeffrey A. BristowI began reading this simply to bide time for the next episode of Yesterday’s Gone. However, I found that I enjoyed WhiteSpace far more than Yesterday’s Gone and I am extremely excited for Season Two of this series. WhiteSpace fits more with the genre I typically enjoy anyway. Less horror, and more mystery, suspense, and some sci-fi.

Captivating… masterful!, October 13, 2012 By Kathryn Kistner (TX USA)Hunger Games, and zombies? Really? Both are totally outside my usual reading genre. I had no idea that I could share such excitement with the “younger” generation (I’m a boomer). OMG! What I’ve been missing!
I LOVE being blindsided in a book! I was emotionally reeling a few times, and loved every second of it.Installment one was captivating; cannot wait for the rest. How cool to pre-purchase the whole series so I don’t miss anything!

Excellent Book – Completely Hooked!, November 21, 2012 By Gabe RI’ve never been much of a zombie fan…until now! I devoured this first episode that Wright and Platt put together and I’m left wanting more. Great character-driven story with hooks and unexpected turns. I couldn’t put it down. Hoping that we’ll get to see episode 2 very soon!!

Yes, it’s about Zombies…but a lot of other stuff, too, November 18, 2012 By Betsy Talbot (Traveling the world)I really like a great adventure and mystery, but it has to be smart, and I have to be able to invest in the characters (even if I don’t always like them). Zombies are not my normal cup of tea, even though I do like movies like Shaun of the Dead, so I wasn’t sure I’d like this one as much as their other books. I bought the first episode before it became an Amazon serial, and then I waited for the next episode and it never came. Then I got an email from Sean and David (sure they email me – along with thousands of other people on their list) saying it had been picked up by Amazon as a serial and would restart again soon. This is when I knew I was hooked because I was pissed to have to wait to continue the story.
So, if you like well-written characters in entertaining and unbelievable plots, you will like this book. It reminds me of my favorite television shows, like True Blood or Game of Thrones. The relationships and emotions are real, even if dragons and zombies are not.

Feels more like watching a top-notch HBO or AMC series…, October 15, 2012 By Mars Dorian
I luv Sean & David’s writing, and I have to admit that this is by far the best work they’ve created so far.I’m a sucker for dystopian world building, and the duo excels at that.
Yeah, it’s really a combo between Hunger Games & The Walking Dead, but I read/watched & LOVED both so I’m biased with the review here. It’s NOT entirely original, but the combo is delivered in such a crisp and exciting way that it makes you feel like you’re watching a HBO series rather than reading an actual book.I luv that it’s all about the emotional experience of being “trapped” in that oppressive horror world, while including the gritty action that keeps you at the edge of your seat. It’s strangely realistic too, as you always believe this world could really exist.
The writing is sharp and fast paced, it’s pretty brutal and the twists are unpredictable – they really hook you to keep reading and reading.
Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

A shudderingly new kind of Vampire tale!, September 28, 2012 By Donna “Dreamseeker” (Seattle)Not your usual kind of Vampire, but just as terrifying. You will meet one you care about because he has some humanity left and you will care about the little girl he saves, Abigail, too. Very well written and well edited (and if you have seen my reviews you know this matters to me). David and Sean have entertained us once again.

I love these guys! November 4, 2012 By Miss KittyAvailable Darkness is a unique and refreshing take on the played out vampire tale The story has strong intriguing characters, nonstop action and an excellent plot.
Once again the Dynamic Duo have created a story populated with well drawn characters that you either love or love hate. As a warning – I sat down to read just for a few minutes and before I knew it the whole day had passed.

Loved it! November 2, 2012 By R. A. EskenaziI waited until all of Season One was done before getting this. I have a hard time with series books because I hate waiting! But now, I have to wait for Season Two and it will be hard. I love the characters in this book and love the story. It had me by the throat from practically the first page! (I bit off all my nails while reading this)
Can’t wait for the next season!

Made me a fan of the vampire genre, January 26, 2012 By Annette L. Evans (Virginia, USA)I must admit that I was reluctant to purchase Available Darkness simply because I’m not really a fan of the whole “vampire genre” that has exploded in the last few years. However, because I am a big Sean Platt/David Wright fan, I took a chance. Boy, am I glad I did. This book made me a fan of the vampire genre.
When I purchased this book, I didn’t realize that it was the first in a series. That bums me out because I am so anxious to find out what happens to John & Abigail & Caleb & Hope.
If you are a fan of the vampire genre, get this book. If you aren’t a fan of the vampire genre, this book will definitely make you a fan!

Available Darkness, August 10, 2011 By MichelleGilliesThis book was definitely worth the wait. Sean Platt & David Wright did not let me down. They kept me on the edge of my seat and left me wanting more. I love the twists and turns and couldn’t put it down. They out did themselves creating, as they say on the front of the book, “A New Breed of Vampire Thriller”.
Please, may I have some more?

Haunting and delightful, November 23, 2012 By Laura J. Viaene
I love short stories and these are great. Not many books stick in my head as long as short story plots–so they are a bargain in more ways than one. These are little twisted snapshots that keep you thinking long after you have read them. I’m thrilled the authors keep writing these collections! I’d say they are in the vein of Stephen King’s short stories, but I like these even better–no offense to Mr. King.

DARK CROSSING BY SEAN PLATT & DAVID WRIGHT, December 13, 2011 By MichelleGilliesWritten with all the skill and detail of all of their work, Sean Platt & David Wright continue to deliver the thrills and chills with “Dark Crossing:(Short Stories.Killer Endings)” that their readers have have come to expect…and crave.
Six separate tales that have nothing in common other than being a compelling read. Each story had me holding my breath and unable to put it down. This collection is the perfect answer for those times when you don’t want to stop reading ’till the end but the real world interferes and you must put the book down. You can read any one of these stories from beginning to end on a coffee break, a lunch hour or just that magic time when you have a few minutes to put your feet up. The one thing I will promise you is that you will be thinking about these “short stories with killer endings” long after you have finished reading.

Love these stories!, November 18, 2012 By Laura J. ViaeneI know these are not the authors best selling writings (short stories vs. series), but I love their short stories possibly more than their books. Each story can be read in a sitting yet will haunt you for much longer. Great little plots with twist endings. Short stories are my favorite genre, and these are some of my favorites ever. I have not been disappointed in any of Platt & Wright’s story collections.

Great Collection!, September 4, 2012 By Kathy Austin (Katy/Houston, TX)I’ve read all these stories individually and am delighted they are all in one volume now. Each and every one is a mind-trip in and of itself. Unexpected storylines, unexpected endings. You’ll rapidly become addicted to Sean and David’s work (and they have LOTS of it!)…a little bit horror, a little bit mystery, a little bit gore, a little bit violence, a little bit bad language, a little bit fantasy, a little bit paranormal and yes, even a little bit of love and romance! It’s all here in one fantastic volume. One of those books that you simply can’t put down…seriously. But each story short enough for your lunch hour (just remember to watch the clock!). Easily my favorites authors (they’re a team) out there to date.
