It wasn’t available in Australia either – even though Amazon sent me an email telling me to buy it (in fact it was the ‘main’ part of the email – so they are already doing good work for you Sean.

I still managed to get a hold of it – it really is surprisingly easy to access books Amazon doesn’t want you too in another country.

I really liked the first episode by the way.

I am totally in agreement with you about Amazon being so ahead of the game that it makes sense to publish with them even with an indie spirit. It looks like they are moving fast which is great, and one of my biggest gripes with traditional publishing. I’ve heard nothing but great things from the authors publishing with their imprints.
